The night after the Pentre Ifan shot, I decided to see if I could repeat the the feat at another iconic location: Eglwys y Grog at Mwnt in Ceredigion. Whilst I have seen Milky Way shots at Pentre Ifan, I haven't seen any from Mwnt. I knew that this would be my last chance for a while, because after this night, the moon would be too bright, and who knows when a new(ish) moon, clear skies, and me being able to get out, would coincide again?!
I was rewarded for two 2.00am alarm calls in succession with another lovely crystal clear night, and am very pleased with this image.
